Thank you for making your purchase at Dolce & Trucco! We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If your purchase has presented a problem and you need to make a return, below you will find help in this process.

RETURNS

In order for your order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and returned in the same condition it was received by the shipping company or customer, and it must also be returned with its original package.

Please bear in mind that once your purchase has been made through our website, we cannot modify your order, only cancel it and grant an electronic gift card for you to choose other products.

Requirements:

To complete a return order, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase with the returned product. Also include your contact information, such as ID, phone number, email, and shipping address or closest Starken branch if it changes to the original. Once Dolce & Trucco receives the returned products, we will contact you to confirm the exchange of your new products.

ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • If it is not returned in its original condition.
  • If it is not purchased on our website or store.
  • If it is found to be damaged or parts are missing for reasons other than our company's error or,
  • It is returned more than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of purchase.

IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED

Once your return is received, processed and inspected, we will send you an email or a text message to notify you that we have received your returned item in good condition, at the same time informing you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved and processed, within the next 14 business days you will receive store credit or an electronic gift card to complete your purchase.

Please keep in mind that when a product is OUT OF STOCK, we will issue an electronic gift card for the total or remainder of your purchase.

PRODUCTS ON SALE OR AT AUCTION

Items at auction or sale are NOT eligible for returns.

MANUFACTURING DAMAGE / CHANGE

We will only replace items at no cost to the customer if there is a factory defect that has not been notified before purchase, and with failures due to mismanagement of the shipping company and if the product is unused. All our products are checked before packaging.

PAYMENT METHODS

Our company accepts the following payment methods on our website:

Transfers with Khipu, Visa, Mastercard and Mach through Flow, for national payments (Chile) and for International payments only with Paypal.

CURRENCY

All our prices are listed in Chilean pesos (CHP $) and US Dollars.

SHIPPING

The address for return shipments is to the Starken Los Andes branch, or to our main address El Monasterio 117 Calle Larga, prior notice to our company, the product must be packaged correctly and with the correct reception data on behalf of:
